As we enter the 2nd peak of the COVID- 19 pandemic.
Where does this leave businesses?
Progressive and creative businesses have adapted well to the new situation and brought in more efficient contactless processes. Home working for some of the week is going to be the new normal and why not if this works and results in no loss of efficiency. This will have a serious knock on effect for other businesses supporting offices such as sandwich shops etc. Despite pleading from government I can't see how businesses can go back if the new way works. This is improvement the main purpose of ISO9001 and other management system standards.
