Quality Assurance Auditing, Training and Consultancy

13 months to go! deadline draws near.

So far I have helped successfully to transition 100% of clients to the new standard. The process has been underwhelming to say the least. Having embraced the 2000 revision with its emphasis on a Business Management System previously, I have found the change to the 2015 version relatively straightforward. The degree of difficulty depending on the auditor rather than the standard. The main areas I have had to concentrate on have been thinking about the context of the organisation ('Where does it sit in the business world'), Developing more risk based thinking, mainly through a SWOT analysis and involving top management, as businesses should have been doing for the last 17 years at least! I have used the management review as a default to review context, interested parties and actions to address risks and opportunities.
