Just when you thought there might be a return to real auditing. The widely predicted 2nd wave has put paid to that. Remote auditing via Zoom, Teams or Webex will be with us for some time to come.
Being on the receiving end of remote audits I find the time required is doubled. One day to complete the CB checklist and provide supporting documentation and one day going through it. Particularly frustrating when you are paying full price without a no travel discount.
